California Apple was founded in 1974 to provide bakeries with freshly processed, peeled, cored, sliced, diced and ground apples. We process approximately 20 million pounds per year. To supply our needs we have contracts with the biggest growers in Central California and the states of Oregon and Washington.

Some of the apple varieties include, Granny Smith, Fuji, Pippin and Pink Lady to name a few. We offer numerous cut shapes and sizes to serve our customers. Whether you are making apple pies, fillings for donuts or apple sauce Cal Apple can supply your needs. Our highly automated line features Atlas Pacific peelers and complete with full sensor detection.

All product is available in 40 & 50 pound bulk bags or boxes. The majority of our business is fresh cut without preservatives but we can offer a non-browning additive for those customers who request it.

We have a HAACP program in place and are Kosher certified.
